Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At QUANTRA Terminal, we aim to provide you with the best possible analytical tools. However, due to the nature of our digital services and real-time data integrations, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

To cancel, navigate to your Profile page and select "Manage Subscription," or email us directly at support@quantraterminal.com.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any payments already processed. Once a billing cycle begins and payment is collected, you have immediate access to our proprietary data streams and analytics.

Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis solely at the discretion of the management in the event of severe platform outages exceeding 72 hours.

4. Educational Use Disclaimer

Quantra Terminal is an educational platform designed for paper trading and analytics. Any losses incurred in live markets outside our platform, or reliance on our analytics for real-world trading, are entirely at your own risk. We do not provide financial advice and no refunds will be issued based on trading performance.

5. Contact for Billing Issues

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date at support@quantraterminal.com so we can investigate and rectify any genuine billing mistakes.
