2. Risk Warning: Derivatives & Options
Trading in Futures & Options (F&O) is extremely risky and volatile. According to SEBI statistics:
- 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options segment incurred net losses.
- On average, loss-makers registered a net loss of close to ₹50,000 per year.

Real-world execution speeds and pricing will differ significantly from simulation estimates.
We provide estimated costs and server-side exit calculations to help you practice risk management, but these are mathematical formulas and do not guarantee future success in live markets.
4. Data Accuracy & Market Feeds
All market feeds, candles, Open Interest details, PCR metrics, and Option Chain calculations are parsed from live exchange feeds provided by third-party broker APIs. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the market data.
- The availability of connection feeds (which may experience latency or outages).
- Any losses incurred due to delayed prices, data gaps, or system synchronization issues.
5. No Solicitation or Offer
Nothing displayed on QUANTRA Terminal constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by us or any third-party service provider to buy or sell any securities, options, futures, or other financial instruments. 6. AI & Algorithmic Signals
The platform features mathematical models and machine learning analysis (AI Assistant & Scanners) that generate market directions and scores. These tools:
- Are backtested on historical records which do not guarantee future market behavior.
- Evaluate mathematical formulas which may fail during unexpected black-swan events, high-impact news releases, or general market anomalies.
